About StackLayer
StackLayer is run by Stacklayer Communications Ltd. We provide hosting on our own network, AS218805.
Who we are
Stacklayer Communications Ltd is a hosting and network company registered in England and Wales. StackLayer is the name of our hosting services.
We operate our own network, AS218805, which means we decide how traffic is routed, filtered and exchanged with other networks.
Our services are listed on the plans page with live pricing, and you manage everything from one client area.
Our own network
AS218805 carries your traffic with inline GTT Core DDoS protection, IPv4 and IPv6, and routing tuned for the best connectivity we can provide.
Well connected
We connect to the internet through our upstreams Cilix Limited, FyfeWeb Ltd and Hurricane Electric LLC, and we peer at LONAP in Telehouse West, London.
Clear terms
Our terms are written in plain language. They include a 5-day refund window and a Service Level Agreement that targets 99.9% availability.
Help when you need it
Support is by ticket from your client area, with a knowledgebase and a service status page alongside it.
