This page explains how cookies are used when you visit this website and our client area.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They are used to make sites work, to remember choices and to keep you signed in. Some come from the site you are visiting, and some come from other companies whose services the site uses.
This website
This website does not set cookies of its own unless you choose to accept analytics. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies on your device (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) that last up to two years. They let us count visits and see which pages are used. Google receives technical details about your visit, including your IP address. If you decline, none of these cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google Analytics.
This website can show our typeface using Google Fonts, but only if you accept on the privacy banner. If you do, your browser connects to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address. If you decline, we use the standard fonts on your device and nothing is sent to Google. We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage, which is not a cookie, so we do not ask you again on every visit. You can change it at any time with “Privacy choices” in the footer.
Analytics cookies
These cookies are set by Google Analytics on our website, and only if you accept analytics. They are first-party cookies, which means they belong to our own domain. If you later decline, we switch analytics off and remove them. We use the information to see which pages are visited and how people find the site, not to identify individuals.
- _ga gives your browser a random identifier, so we can tell returning visitors from new ones. It lasts up to two years.
- _ga_Q3MTVD25K5 keeps track of a single visit, so page views can be grouped together. It lasts up to two years.
You can change your mind at any time with “Privacy choices” in the footer of any page. You can also block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on all websites.
The client area
Our client area, where you order, pay and manage your services, uses cookies that it needs to work. They:
- keep you signed in while you use the client area
- protect forms from being submitted by other websites without your knowledge
- remember details needed to complete an order, such as what is in your basket
- may remember choices you make, such as your language or currency
These cookies are essential. The client area will not work properly without them, so we do not ask for your consent to use them. Most last only until you close your browser, and some last longer so that you stay signed in if you choose a "remember me" option.
Payment providers and other third parties
When you pay, you may be sent to a payment provider's page, which may set its own cookies. We do not control those, and their own cookie policies explain how they use them.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in or complete an order. Your browser's help pages explain how to change these settings.
Changes to this policy
If we add any other cookies that are not essential, we will update this page and ask for your consent before using them.
Questions
If you have a question about cookies, open a support ticket in the client area.
